Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a regular device only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and comes free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered hostnames under one web hosting account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager menu. The other hosting CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 autonomous web hosting account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no hosting Control Panel option.

Hosted Site Names ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered Control Panel tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your domains under one single account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups do not offer such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and for that reason they necessitate 2 autonomous web hosting user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 web page administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).

Operating System ³ - you will note that the Hepsia web hosting CP sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces operate only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
